Introducing Our New Website: FAQs

We’ve made some changes to our site, and we’re thrilled to unveil a revamped site that is sleeker, easier to shop and provides a better overall experience for you, our valued customer! We understand though that even with all of these great changes you may still have some questions.

Check out some frequently asked questions below and feel free to reach out to us if you still have questions:

What are some of the new and exciting changes that have been made?

We’ve created a more intuitive navigation menu that makes it easier to find products and solutions. Our new site also has deeper integration with our internal systems, allowing us to provide a more seamless experience.

Where can I find tools for returning customers like Online Bill Pay and File Upload?

We’ve made our commonly used tools easier to find under our convenient Resources drop-down menu, including:

  • Credit Application
  • File Upload
  • Bid Room
  • Online Bill Pay and more

How do I access the On-Site Print Solutions (OSPS) program?

Our OSPS portal can now be found in the Wide-Format drop-down menu listed as Printer Service – OSPS.

Will my old bookmarks to the Duncan-Parnell website still work?

Yes! If you’ve bookmarked any of our resources and pages on our previous site, they will continue to work on our new site.

Where can I find the Bidroom?

Bidroom is now located under the main toolbar in our Resources dropdown menu. It is one of many frequently used pages under Resources including CloseOut Docs, Credit Application, File Upload and more.

Has anything changed with the File Upload process or location?

Outside of the slight move to the Resources menu, nothing has changed. That popular section of the site looks and functions exactly the same.

If I have any issues finding something, who should I contact?

Either reach out to your branch representative or our customer service representative, Denise Davis at 1-833-834-3935.

Will my login info from the old site work on the new site?

Your username will remain the same, but you will need to reset your password the first time you login to the new site.
