Duncan-Parnell Announces the Acquisition of Precision Products
Charlotte, N.C. (December 2, 2022) – Duncan-Parnell, Inc., a North Carolina-based provider of equipment, software, and services for surveyors, engineers, and the construction industry, announced that it has acquired the Tennessee operations of Precision Products, Inc. & Precision Capture. Precision Products is a distributor of geospatial positioning equipment, serving surveying and mapping professionals for the past 30 years. The asset purchase of Precision Products and Precision Capture, with offices in Nashville and Knoxville, Tennessee will add to the existing Southeast presence of Duncan-Parnell as a leader in Survey, GPS, Robotics, LiDAR, and software solutions.
Duncan-Parnell currently has eight geospatial offices to serve its clients in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and Maryland.
