Understanding Our Ordering Policy
At Duncan-Parnell, we strive to provide you with a transparent and seamless ordering experience. Our ordering policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and customer satisfaction throughout the process. Please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines to understand how we handle orders.
Ordering Online
- Orders received after 3 pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.
- Ordering online is fast and easy. Our online ordering process is enhanced for returning customers.
- When you click on "Proceed to Checkout," you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. This is used to notify you of your order status as well as to establish an online account so that your address will be retrieved for your next order.
- During the checkout process, you will be able to confirm all charges before submitting your order.
- Your credit card transactions are secure. We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.
- Pricing: Please note on certain items, our in-store prices may be different from the prices presented on this website.

Shipping Policy
Orders placed by 3 pm Eastern Time are typically shipped (processed, packed, and submitted to FedEx) on the same business day unless otherwise specified. Special orders may take longer to process. Customers are notified via e-mail of any backorder situations and have the option to cancel the backorder prior to shipment.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with the following information:
- Order Number
- Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
- Reason for Return/Exchange
Returned items can be shipped back to us via US Mail or any private parcel carrier. Refunds or credits are limited to the value of the item and any taxes charged. Items being returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and should be sent back to us in the original shipping carton. Duncan-Parnell, Inc. is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. As such, customers should insure their returned items. Package insurance is free (up to $100) with FedEx.
Returned UAS equipment (including drones, LiDAR sensors, payloads, and accessories) must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery and require prior Return Authorization.
All returned equipment must be in original, fully functional condition and include the original packing slip, documentation, cables, accessories, and original packaging provided with the shipment. Equipment must show no damage, wear, or modification, with all labels, serial numbers, and security tags intact. Systems must not have been altered, repaired, or modified beyond initial setup or configuration.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval to verify condition and completeness. Equipment that does not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional fees.
Restocking Fees (UAS Only)
- Unopened, factory-sealed items may be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Opened, powered-on, registered, or flown equipment is not eligible for return. In rare cases where an exception is approved, a 30% restocking fee will apply, and all equipment must pass inspection
Non-Returnable Items (UAS Only)
Software, licenses, subscriptions, training, and services are non-refundable once activated or delivered.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume risk of loss or damage during return transit.
Sales Tax Policy
All orders are subject to applicable sales tax rates.
