The Trimble ST30 is a smart target that combines a total station prism and GNSS receiver in one system. Mounted on a survey rod, it helps crews measure and stake points without keeping the rod perfectly level or switching between separate optical and GNSS equipment.
The ST30 automatically measures rod height, and compensates for rod tilt, making it easier to capture corners, inverts, overhead structures and other hard-to-reach points. Active tracking and GeoLock also help the total station stay locked onto the correct target or recover the connection after an obstruction.
