Customer feedback

I am writing to share an overwhelmingly positive experience from Tim Triplett’s direct assistance that helped us with our Geo XH 6000 GPS.

On Thursday January 5th 2017 we were having some difficulty with your Geo 6000 and I didn’t know what to do. We needed to use our gps in the field on Monday the 9th and it wasn't working.

I made contact with Tim to ask for some assistance, he tried to help over the phone.

Our difficulty turned out to be more than what could be solved over the phone so Tim agreed to meet in person so he could see for himself.

Due to our distance apart and my time restraints, Tim made arrangements in his schedule to meet in the evening as he was traveling to Richmond. Tim discovered that our unit needed a software update that normally would have occurred if we had been using the unit and not turned off for 5 months. Now we know.

Tim quickly solved our problem and got us back up and running.

Attached are two pictures of Tim’s efforts.

I am also including Kevin Baker on this who is the Project Manager on that job, who was using the GPS unit in the field and was happy that it worked.

We are grateful for Tim’s positive attitude to serve and his willingness to go the extra mile for us!

I asked Tim for your contact email because we thought you would like to know we feel you have a Star on your team!

Sincerely,

Katherine Lindsey
