For over five years, Duncan-Parnell has partnered up with Habitat for Humanity which has allowed us the opportunity to give back to our communities. Each year, we go to a different location to help build a house for a wonderful and deserving family. We're happy to announce that Duncan-Parnell and BuildingPoint SouthEast are officially doing our seventh Habitat build! The location of the home will be in Charlotte, NC, not too far from HQ.

Starting April 9, we will be building a home that provides safety and comfort to a family of seven with five young children aging from one to 11.

"We at Duncan-Parnell are grateful to be able to support such an impactful organization. Lack of affordable housing is a problem in almost every community we serve. Habitat's approach - a hand up, not a hand out - is a proven way to break the cycle of generational poverty and create more affordable housing options," expressed Mark Duncan, President of Duncan-Parnell.

Since 1976, Habitat for Humanity has helped millions of people worldwide achieve strength, stability and independence through safe, decent and affordable shelter. Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region was founded in 1983, and since then has served over 2,800 families. Their vision is to live in a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
