Duncan-Parnell has recently implemented an improved system for submitting digital files for output. Based on technology from Beehive Software Inc., this solution typically transfers files UP TO 50 TIMES FASTER than regular e-mail and 15 TIMES FASTER THAN FTP. And since it relies on the HTTPS protocol, your files are safe and secure throughout the process.

1. Launch the Web Interface by clicking on the URL. 2. Fill out the pop-up instruction form for the job you’re submitting, including any special instructions, shipping, details, etc. 3. Attach the file(s) you want to send. 4. Click Send. 5. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your upload has been completed. Browser Requirements Macintosh - Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.5 (or better) or Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or better) MRJ 2.0 (Java library) Windows - Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.5 (or better) or Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or better) Beehive Web Client is a Java application that allows for the transfer of files without the need to install a program on the host computer. The Web Client requires that the user complete the registration process described in Step 1. |

Beehive for Windows works on all 32-bit Windows (1MB .exe). Double-click on the installer and follow the simple instructions. The installer will put the Beehive shortcut on the desktop. Just drag and drop files and folders onto the shortcut, fill out the form and click send. |
Beehive for Mac Classic and OSX (1.7MB .sit). The installer is a MacBinary encoded Stuffit archive. After decompressing the archive, put an alias of Beehive on the desktop. Just drag and drop files and folders onto the alias, fill out the form and click send. |
